MR LED Screens (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates an online store supplying
LED spare parts, components, and accessories throughout Australia and
internationally. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed,
shipped, and delivered.

1.  ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–3 business
    days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). Orders
    placed after 12:00pm (AEST) may be processed the following business
    day. During peak periods, promotions, or supplier delays, processing
    times may be extended. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and
    tracking number once your order has shipped.

2.  SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA We ship Australia-wide using reputable
    carriers such as:

-   CouriersPlease
-   TNT / FedEx

Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Australia): Metro Areas: 2–5 business
days Regional Areas: 3–8 business days Remote Areas: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and
    equivalent carriers. Delivery time: 5–14 business days depending on
    destination. Customers are responsible for import duties, customs
    fees, taxes, and any additional carrier charges. MR LED Screens is
    not responsible for international customs delays.

4.  SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on
    item weight, size, and delivery location. Bulky items, power
    supplies, LED modules, and screens may incur additional freight
    charges. If additional freight is required after checkout, you will
    be contacted for approval before dispatch.

5.  AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL) If ATL is selected, MR LED Screens is not
    responsible for lost parcels, theft after delivery, or weather
    damage. Signature on delivery applies when ATL is not selected.

6.  INCORRECT ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY Customers are responsible for
    ensuring shipping details are correct. We are not liable for delays,
    losses, or costs caused by incorrect shipping information.

7.  SPLIT SHIPMENTS Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments
    depending on supplier location. Tracking will be supplied for each
    shipment.

8.  DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT Photos of damaged items and packaging must
    be provided within 24 hours of delivery. Claims after this time may
    not be accepted.

9.  LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS Investigations may take 5–15 business
    days. Refunds or replacements are issued only after carrier
    confirmation of loss.

10. HIGH-VALUE & COMMERCIAL FREIGHT Orders over $2,500 AUD may require
    insured freight and signature on delivery.

11. SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS We are not responsible for delays caused by
    couriers, customs, weather, or supplier backorders.
